And Justice For All

In an affidavit to the District Attorney's Office of Lancaster County, in regards to a letter sent to me by Detective Dennis Arnold in 11/04, I answered his letter including these points below. I was arrested on an affidavit on probable cause. I was not witnessed doing these things.

1. He claimed I climbed a fence into the dentist's yard. I am a short man and cannot climb an 8 foot fence as was stated.

2. I did not follow or stalk the dentist in question.

3. I never indicated I was going to sue or harm him or approach him in public places.

4. I have not indicated that I was "poisoned". That wording was used by the police. I had some direct medical conditions related to the visit, and just want to know why and what happened.

5. I was not watching or surveilling the dentist or his property.

6. My rights were not read to me on the night of the arrest.

7. Lancaster General Hospital falsified my records by indicating I had previous psychiatric issues, but I had never seen a psychiatrist before or after. The DA Office told the hospital to falsify my records and make it look justified to admit me. After consulting an attorney, Lancaster General Hosptial removed the charges and admitted an error.

8. On the date of the dental appointment, no x-rays were taken, There was no reason given to me for pulling my teeth. I attempted to get copies of x-rays that supposedly exist, but was not able to get them.

9. I have offered to take a polygraph examiniation to back up my claims. While they are not allowed in a court of law, I am willing to prove my truth. A similar exam was offered to the dentist, and he was not willing to take one.

At a "kangaroo court" trial hearing, everyone in attendance knew I did not do these things. However, they acted as if I did. They withdrew their original charges and offered a lesser, minor charge of a plea bargain disorderly conduct. They did this because they knew their original charges could never be proven in an honest court room with honest judges, an honest jury, and honest defense attorney because I did not do these things!
